* extra bed fee  € 20 per night: sofa bed in the living room for the third person in a Two Room Apartment / Junior Suite Apartment / Suite Apartment and the fifth person in a Deluxe Three Room Apartment / Three Room apartment

The price per week (7 nights) per apartment includes: accommodation, energy consumption, use of the swimming pool (open form 15/05 to 30/09) and rest area, luggage transport, internet access for wireless network.

Other Facilities

The typical Mediterranean garden of the residence is equipped with gazebo, barbecue, fitness pool with Jacuzzi, relaxation areas and pier for access to the sea.

Under the shade of olive trees there is our Bar for breakfast and during high season also for a lunch with salads and first courses.

At the moment the bar is open only for breakfast.

In the structure there is also a library with playroom, a panoramic room for events and meetings.

WIFI connection at the Residence (free WI FI internet access)

On request: luggage transport from the port to the Residence (free of charge).

Travel Assistance and transfer to and from airports and ports of Palermo and Trapani on request.

General conditions of contract of sale
Stay Marettimo Residence

1. Legal basis
The present contract is regulated, besides the present general conditions, by the statute 27/12/77 n° 1084 in ratification and execution of the international convention regarding the contract of travel signed at Bruxelles 23/04/70, as well as by the decree n° 111 of 17/03/95, which executes the directive 90/314/CEE.

2. Bookings
The acceptance of bookings from "Marettimo Residence" is subject to the availability of rooms.
The booking is considered as concluded with the confirmation from "Marettimo Residence", which will be sent by "Marettimo Residence" after the receipt of the requested deposit.

3. Payment
With the booking has to be paid a deposit of 30% of the final amount according to the conditions of payment of "Marettimo Residence", minimum 10 days before the beginning of the stay.
If "Marettimo Residence" does not receive the payment within the period named above, the contract will be considered as dissolved and "Marettimo Residence" will be authorized to cancel the booking from the room-list.
The residual amount has to be paid at the arrival at "Marettimo Residence".

4. Rescission of the client and compensation
In case of rescission from the booked stay the client has to communicate this by registered mail to: Marettimo Residence, via telegrafo, 91010 Isola di Marettimo (TP)
The client will have the right of payback of 50% of the deposit paid, if the rescission is communicated minimum 30 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the cancellation is communicated after the 30 days named above the client will not have the right of payback of the deposit.
If it is not possible for the client to do the booked journey, the client can transfer the booking to another person who satisfies the conditions requested for the stay, communicating this betimes to "Marettimo Residence", minimum 4 days before the beginning of the stay.

5. Responsabilty
"Marettimo Residence" is not responsible for averse meteorological conditions, strikes or problems of transfer which cause delays or changes of the period of stay.
